AnalogX proxy wont let WS get https

I've got an NT4 SP6a serving to 2 Windows 98 "workstations" and everything seems to be running fine except the two 98s cannot access secure websites. I cannot figure this out. Both http & https are using port 6588. I don't understand it, is there something I am missing? Has anybody encountered this problem before? Please help!!!
