ALT-PrintScreen Quit Working?

Hi. I have a user that frequently users ALT-Print Screen to capture screen shots for training documents. He usually goes to Paint and pastes the images then crops them there. He is on a thin client running off of NT Terminal Server SP4/Metaframe 1.8. He hasn't changed any settings or loaded any new programs. Any idea why it will no longer work? TIA.

I'm not sure if this is the correct answer..
If the program the user is using is a MSDOS program, make sure, in the properities under the misc section, the Alt-PrtScn is checked off. Tell me if it works! ;)

Nope, no DOS programs here. He's working with 32bit applications, capturing the screen image for training stuff. I've even swapped out the keyboard with one from a thin client that has no problem with ALT-Printscreen.
