I have several sub folders in my agent folder that I cannot delete. They have strange extensions like greek letters. Ihave tried opening them, deleting them, even unistalling and reinstalling agent with no go. These files are not on any other computer running agent so i know they dont belong. Any help greatly appreciated

I don't know anything about this software, but have you tried deleting the files from a Command Prompt?
