administrator tools deleted

by mistake some how administrative tools had been deleted from the explorer now i want ot reconfigure the user accounts but how i donot know without reinstalling

You can obtain the file usrmgr.exe - this is the user manager that is needed to modify user accounts.

If you have got ure install CD, do a search for the usrmgr.exe in the i386 folder, i beleive it might be under a folder called Win NT server admin tools.
P.S. Check you got the server one, and not the local machine.
