I have an NT 4.0 Server.
I'm not sure whether this will work on a workstation!!

Press ALT+CRTL+DEL, a box should appear
with 6 options...one of them should be change password.
(this requires you to be already logged in as the administrator).

from your message i assumed you already know the administrators password. if you don't know the admin password...i can't help!!

You can change it in the user manager (usrmgr.exe) or even leave it blank if you wish

Using usermanager you can set this password remote. Choose the User / Select domain option and type the workstation name. Now you can change teh administrator settings.
BTW
You have to be a systemadministrator or a member of the local admin group on the workstation!
