ActiveX component can't create object

When using Access 2000 on a windows NT machine we get an error "ActiveX component can't create object" when trying to open the database wizard.

It sounds security related - not a clue where or how though. IE settings in some way?

Go to microsoft.com support and ask your question there. If you word it right it will give you the fix. i have done this already but it was long ago and i cannot remember what i did.
