Acer Prisa 620P Windows NT probelm

After installing Acer's current driver for my Prisa 620P scanner, my windows NT 4.0 (service pak 6) computer is throwing up a blue scren whenever I access the scanner. It worked fine when I was operating Windows 95. Now it crashed each time I try and access it on Windows NT. Any advice?

Have been trying for ever to get Win 2000 Pro to run my Acer Prisa 620p scanner which worked perfectly on Win 98. Have the Mirascan V403U08.exe driver. It can't seem to find my scanner. Would appreciate any info on where to get a proper driver and on what ever else might be wrong.
