Accessing NT of same domain but from different network

Pardon me if this thing have been told before. I am new here. I have 2 different network (different set of IP address) on 2 sites(site A & B). I need to have people from site B to access the server on site A. So, what is the configuration need to be perfomed ?

That all depends on how both networks are connected... over the internet, leased line, phoneline, etc...
Key word is routing.

You must also remember to give permissions for both domains to communicate. (Trusting)
