Comment:

We have a terminal server running an insurance database program called Applied Systems. Our remote sites started getting an error while trying to enter a 16 bit part of the program, CLNTACT.exe cause an access violation in NTVDM.exe at (memory address). Our software vendor doesn't seem to have any answers and I can't find this specific problem on the Microsoft website. Please help with any suggestions. Thank you.
