I am trying to run a 16-bit program on Windows NT 4.0 and I get "Access Violation in KERNEL32.DLL at 0x77f22bfa" This program use to work but I installed another program which since then I un-installed but it still does not work. I tried installing Service Pack 4 and also Service Pack 6 but it still does not work. Please let me know if anyone has a solution.
