I have created a share folder on NT4 and trying to access it via a w2000 wks, I have access denied with a users access but can access it with administrator account. But users can access subfolder which has same permission of the share. Thanks to let me know if you have an idea

Obiously your permissions need to be reset. Set the subfolder to inherit permissions from the parent object.
