I am receiving a random access denied message when trying to print to a network printer(Any)with NT4. Domain users have print perm. and Domain Admins have full control perm. It randomly plagues the network. I have the latest drivers installed that I can find and have service pack 4 installed on the server and the clients. I am using Jet Direct cards and I have several print servers with local printers attached. I can't figure it. Any Help would be great.

Someone in your network might have continuing print privilege. So when this host is accessing the printer others are unable until that host is off the printer.
Your printer(driver) is working propery because it does print sometime. Your connetion to that print device is working. So this eliminates the possiblity of printer(driver) and connection problem. I hope it helps you to identify core of the problem.
Good Luck.
