Hi, my name is René Vega:
I was buy a Flyvideo'98 FM PCI card, I was install it and configure sucefully in my Windows 98 (not SE version) but when I try to load the FlyVideo it show this menssage: "Incorrect VGA mode for your video image, you have to install the Direct Draw and enable, and change the color mode to high density."I don't undersetand because I have installed the DirectX 7.0 on my PC and I was enable the Direct Draw???
When the FlyVideo have loaded the image are very bad with very low quality. The configuration is correct, my video system is NTSC of South America. I try to see the user's manual but it didn't have many information of my problem.My computer Specifications are:
Mother Board: PC-100 Model 748
Video adapter: SiS 620
Audio Adapter: C-Media PCI Audio Legacy Device
Processor: Intel Pentium II 300 MHZ
RAM: 120 MB
HARD DRIVE: Quantum Fireball 30GB (with 19 GB Free).I need your help because couldn't see the high quality image of the FlyVideo 98.

try reinstall the hardware driver again, directx 8.0 then vga card driver then tvboard driver. on windows make sure you can use high resolution graphics plus high refresh rate.
if this still doesnt work, then check with the tvboard website for any hotfix or you might need to replace with suitable vga card to work with.
