How can I get Windows NT Server 4.00 out of 16 colours as there is no option to do so. I have tried different drivers and video cards. HELP!!!

after installing the CORRECT video driver you have to rerun the service pack [should be sp6a]. This is a old issue and this is how you resolve it.
