My software guy says its my hardware and to change the memory. I have changed the memory. same results. MY hardware guy says, its the software. Everything else runns fine on the server. who do i believe. someone please help.
Your new software is trying to write stuff to portions of your memory that it shouldn't. You could try uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it.

I am experiencing the same error except during install. It happens during the NT boot process (blue screen small text). Since this is a new installation, there is no other software running. The machine is a 500MHZ PIII Xeon with 256MB ECC memory, raid controller. Any help would be great. Please respond to my email address. MS blames the MB, SuperMicro blames Intel, Intel says they will call me is 24-48 hours. Gotta love vendors!
