Comment:
My Philips CDD3610/3615 External CD Recorder (parallel) came with a driver program which functions well with Windows 95/98 (EPEZ). I am now using NT4.0 and cannot get it to work.... Is this the correct driver or do I need another? Tnx.... for NT?

You need a specific one for NT. I suggest you look for the drivers at Philips web page.

i have the same problem but philip's website is down where i need to get the drivers from. i'm going to take the philips cd-rw back. philips service and tech support is one of the worst i've seen. i'll stick with the hp writers just so its less of a hassle.

I Had the same problem, you want tosearch for the shuttletech software " connect iT " install this. Then reinstall your original EPEZ software, this worked for me on W98 and should be the same for NT

There are no drivers for CD-R devices. You just install the machine and make sure everything's hooked up, and your OS will do the rest. If you install Adaptec Easy-CD Creator, it will also install the required ASPI-layer software. But if you don't want to install this programme, you'll need to download the individual ASPI-files. Check the Adaptec home page for more information:

I just bought a new Gateway with an internal CD/RW. I cannot install one program, Instructor 7.2 Gateway says it's a problem with the program. CLick2Learn say it's a problem with the CD/RW. Gateway told me that the CD/RW is a Philips brand, with the most recent driver (June,2000). I am running Window ME. Any suggestions?
I need drives for my philips cdd3610 cd-r/rw to run window98se thank you

Good Luck Terry Sim

I STILL need drivers for my CDRW400 series model # pcrw464k37 for windows NT/2000. Is Philips really this WORTHLESS. I have contacted them SEVERAL times, every time they will not respond... How do they stay in business with such a lack of after the sale service. Anyway, anyone have any answers yet. I am tempted to throw the $250 piece of Shtuff away!
