When I open Word I get a saved file on my screen. When I click file, new, I get the same word file. How do I get it to work properly? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Works, and the file keeps reappearing. What's up fella's?

Go to Windows Explorer and find where you have installed Word. Look in the main Word folder for another folder called Startup. Do you have that saved file in the Startup folder ? Delete it from there.
