Ok, my brother had to use the computer this morning. The printer wasn't letting him print something he needed for school, so he used a disk and put his stuff on that and then left. Later when I woke up, I restarted the computer because it had been online all night. It's a Dell, so it came to the Dell screen that says www.dell.com and everything, but then it was saying "invalid system disk". There wasn't a disk in it. I turned it off and back on, it did the same thing. I went over to a friend's house earlier and made a bootdisk. That didn't work. I didn't tried to reinstal Windows ME and it wouldn't let me do that because something went wrong. Does anyone know what the problem is? It was fine and now it's being a DA.

wow, I messed that up. I meant to say that I even tried to reinstall Windows ME, but it didn't work.

Boot with the start up diskette.Check the partitions with fdisk read option 4 and make sure you have FAT 32 file system for all of them.If you do, format C drive and re-install your operating system and programs. fdisk (press enter) and format c: (press enter) Good luck.
