I have a seriously big problem i cant download from any website including microsoft windows update a recently formated my computer and now i cant download anything
teh only thing i have been able to downlaod was winrar.
When i try to download it starts downloading but hen it stop any one has an aswer to this its relly getting me annoying i cant install my programs. It all started happening a soon as reintall windows. Is there an option to fix this it also had the only error i experiecnce once why i was tiying to install my program kernell 32 dll has cause an error.
and yes it not a virus i check at trend micro anyone know whats causing this.

i am just tiyin to fixed this problem which is really annoying some of the help has great but it im still experiencing the same problem it really annoying and i got noone to helpme and im not an expert in computer i just wish i could fix this problem i dont wana have to paid someone to fixed this problem.

First go to dialup networking and copy the files out of there to somewhere else so you don't lose your ISP settings.

Go to Control Panel, add/remove programs, then choose the Windows Setup tab and tick Dialup Networking to uninstall it.

Reboot windows when it's uninstalled, then load the WinME CD and choose to install Dialup Networking again. This should cure your problem, once you have copied back your ICS files (internet connection settings files).

Thanks i dont know how it fixed it self but it did thanks for the help must have been something thanks anyway its downlaoding fine now nex time ild stick to the post.!
