wkcalrem error in windows ME

upon startup the computer says that it cannot find wkcalrem.exe, but i searched for it and found it where it was supposed to be. I just deleted the SirCamm32 virus and was wondering if anyone could help

another thing is that Windows ME is telling me that i don't have access to anything in Control Panel
