Did you recently have a Trojan Virus? Did you erase the virus exe manually? I had this problem myself. If you had a Trojan then this is what might be happening. The trojan virus enters a line in your registry to access the virus file on boot up. Go to run in the start menu and type "regedit" then use the search from the drop down menu and type wjview. If the line in the registry refers to the Trojan virus exe (and ONLY!! if it is in reference to the virus exe)then you can delete registry line and the error will be gone. I only experiment with computers a little and I am not familiar with the correct terminology so forgive me if I named things incorrectly. It has been a couple of months since I had this problem so I hope these steps include enough detail to complete the task.
