I had the same icon/program on my computer (winservs). I just deleted the file and the log file associted with it. It was on my comp. since August, and I think it was causing some pop ups on my system. I would like to know if anyone else has information on this file, because I couldn't find much else about it...

windows 98se.....this file just appeared on startup. No idea where it came from. I tried to delete it....BUT message says cannot be deleted This specified file is being used by Windows. PC seems to freeze up a lot.....Norton does not show it as virus.
Is this a virus or trojan?
