When I installed ATI drivers on my gateway p4 I cannot see any capture on my usb webcam. the capture I see is from a x10 camera plugged into my Radeon card. I reinstalled ati and quickcam software, now when I run quickcam software, I can't get a video capture. Help

Check the Device Manager under System Properties ... find out whether both devices are working properly ... they may be incompatible.

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder card and sometimes when I switch between "sources" such as S-Video and Composite....I sometimes have to "play" around with selecting the source in the setup until the source I want is activated. It's real quirky. Good luck.
