1º Bueno, lo primero... calma.
2º Arranca windows "a prueba de fallos" (irónico, no?) F8 al inicio y eso.
3º Borra el fichero "win.exe" (¡No es de windows aunque intente disimularlo!)
4º Busca en el registro del sistema la siguente clave: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Borra de ahí la entrada que pone "%System%\win.exe"
Nota: Si esto te resulta complicado, te lo puedes saltar. No va a pasar nada puesto que el fichero "win.exe" ya no está.
5ºa Intenta sustituir los ficheros afectados por unos que saques de otro ordenador con la misma (LA MISMA VERSION) de windows.
5ºb Si lo anterior no funciona, te toca reinslalarlo todo. Merece la pena probarlo.

6º Y MAS IMPORTANTE: Reinstala el antivirus (aunque parezca funcionar correctamente), mantenlo siempre actualizado -A DIARIO- y funcionando.

PS: Y cuidado con el correo-e. Es mejor NO recibir un correo que esperabas que RECIBIR un virus que no esperabas.
