When the "whats This " flag comes up,Clicking to It gives me a "can not find Windows hlp file, check to see if it is on your disk, if not you will need to reinstall it". A search comes up empty. How do I reinstall it. I currently do not have the Me OS Disk as I brought the computer 2nd Hand.I may be able to get a hold of the OS disk from the guy I brought it off. Thank You
