I just did a re-nstall of ME. Everytime I go to the windows update site it tells me that I need the same updates, even though I already downloaded and installed them. Does any one have any suggestions as to how to fix this problem ???

What does it show, at the update site, for your history. And on that history, is it showing installed, or failed.
Also, you mean you've re-installed the updates after the OS re-install, and it's telling you to install again. yes - no
