windows reading hard drive incorrectly

might sound strange but ME is reading my hard drive size wrong.Bios reports it as been 20gb but ME says it can only find 8gb.
can someone tell me what the problem is and how i might correct it

Use your boot disk to enter FDISK and see whats going on in there.
