Computer-aided transcription software works on Windows 98, but Windows ME seems to be too fast for it to work. I've heard maybe this Mo'Slo might work to slow the system down, but I don't know if I should use it or what the consequences of that will be. Any advice?

Never heard of "Windows ME" being too fast.

Maybe you are running a DOS based program and Windows ME's DOS emulation and the hardware is running faster than the program was designed to handle. In addition, Windows ME does not support all of the DOS commands and Config.sys setup options required by some programs.

Thank you for your reply. Do you think Mo'Slo would help? I think software is a DOS based program.

can run software on Windows 98 fine, but ME is too fast for software. What do you suggest for slowing it down?
