What id like to know is with a windows me startup disc would i be able to reload all my computer should there be a crash or does the startup disc just get it started.......has the startup disc much less features(programmes)etc .me came built into this comp with the startup disc ...

A startup (or boot) disk is just a floppy with a basic set of DOS files to start the PC and allow you to partition using fdisk and format your hard drive so you can reinstall windows.
