Was there any real need for that?!
I thought it was quite a reasonable question (but I'm new here and maybe not used to your little ways!).

Just put the new logo.sys and the logow.sys and logos.sys in the Windows dir. If Win Me sees these files, it will use them instead of the default screens.

Windows ME does not seem to use the logow.sys file. The logo.sys file needs to go in your root folder usually the "c:\". The logos.sys needs to go in the "c:\windows\".

Logo.sys is in Root Directory (C:\) and Logow.sys + Logos.sys are in Windows folder (C:\Windows)
