Hi, I have restart problem on Win ME. The system shutdown is very well and good. But I select to Restart the system. It show "SYSTEM HALTED" on blue screen. I have tried to install Chinese and english version of Win ME. The problem is still appear. i also replaced video card. THE problem still appear. The win98se on my PC is no this problem.
