I tried to run regedit to change the Window Title of Explorer. I created a new String and called it "Window Title" and typed in "Regina's Internet Explorer" for the value. I restarted my computer and it didn't "take," what can I do?????

You can download X-Setup. It will safely change hundreds of settings, including IE and OE titlebars. You can get it at http://www.xteq.com
