Comment:

I tried to run regedit to change the Window
Title of Explorer. I created a new String
and called it "Window Title" and typed in
"Regina's Internet Explorer" for the value.
I restarted my computer and it didn't "take,"
what can I do?????

Reply:

try exporting the branch you want to edit
then right click on the REG file
select edit

then after editing it.
click on it to import and see if that works

You can download X-Setup. It will safely change hundreds of settings, including IE and OE titlebars.
You can get it at http://www.xteq.com
