I have a Gateway P3 866mhz with 512mb of ram. It came with windows me loaded. It is driving me crazy. I have even formatted my hard drive, and reloaded my software.

I get the following errors on a hourly, and sometimes minute to minute basis:

mapi32.dll error
mshtml.dll error
kernel32.dll error.

what ever program I am in, it throws me out, and lockes up my system....sometimes even giving me the blew screen of death.

What does anyone suggest. Gatway, and Microsoft have been no help..

I am thinking about reformatting my entire sytem again with either 98se or windows 2000

HELP, HELP

Just a shot in the dark..

Do you have Panda or McAfee Virus Scan on your system?

If so return to MKB, use error wizard and search these terms

Invalid page fault in Kernel32.DLL – error in IE
First, delete the cache and history because corrupt stored files can cause this. In IE go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files, Check box marked Delete all offline content, click OK. Then click on Clear History as well. Then go to C:Windows/Temporary internet files and delete anything left, mainly cookies. A corrupt ActiveX control may also cause this error. In IE, select Tools, Internet options and click Settings and View Objects. Choose View Details. If you see Active X items described as damaged right click each one and remove it. If there are no damaged items update each by right clicking it and selecting update and going online.
