Comment: Can you please help me with this problem. I am running Windows ME on my computer, when I go to "Help" in the start menu, on the bottom frame of the page, a message "The page cannot be displayed" is displayed, when I right click on the page, it says the page refer to this URL: "res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#hcp://system/undefined". I do not want to reinstall Windows, but I think that the help and support session is very important since I am a novice to computers. I have tried the start-up disk and to search over the Internet for solutions, especially the Microsoft help desk, but they offer no helps. Can you please give me any suggestions, or point to any help?

Reply: (edit)dave, thanks for trying to help. But your advice did not really solve the problem, I have scanned my entire system with AVG anti-virus, no viruses were found (with very recent virus def files installed) & I don't wanna restore my system. And I've not found anyone with the same problems in the forum..... Can anyone help please?!
