I'm guessing the error message is not in english, but could you please post more of it? What is icsmgr.exe causing and error in?

... Also, how do you connect to the internet? Are you sharing a dial up account or DSL or cable?

Thanks for responding, but:

- meanwhile I found out that Cleansweep 2001 is causing the problem ! When I disable Cleansweep at startup, shutting down gives no problem ! I do have the latest version and updates ..........
So I found the cause of my problem, but now waiting for a solution!

Icsmgr is the Internet connection sharing manager for Windows Me.

Symantec is aware of this problem. Currently, there is no known solution

It seems that Cleansweep 2001 cause this problem goto symantec web site,

Outros programas e aplicativos funcionam corretamente. Já tentei reinstalar o Windows ME, porém continua o erro. O que devo fazer.

Thanks.
