Comment:
Browser (IE6) freezes whenever I open a web page that contains flash.
I have: unintalled/reinstalled flash, checked browser security settings (low, back to medium), upgraded browser (IE 5.5-6.0, repaired browser, removed spyware, reinstalled video card drivers, checked for viruses, deleted temp files. yada yada and YADA.
Whatever the problem is, it is almost surely not a browser issue. Flash is cross platform not just an IE6 program.
Although Firefox is a great browser and I use it it is not a cure all and is of no help to this posters problem.

hi osiris I have a solution to your problem cos simply I had the same and its no joy, basically you don't have many options what you need to do is restoring registry to an earlier time when didn't have that problem,if you need help with that let me know.
