Windows ME 0E Error. HELP !!

Mostly every time i start Win ME a blue screen shows up with this error message: "Error: 0E: 0028: 90E8A2FF" Can anyone tell me what is causing this error and how to solve it? Thanks

Can you start in safe mode? Or from a boot disk? How long has the problem been like this? Do you get the exact same message each time or are they different? Please forward a bit more info - thanks.
