Go to start>>settings>>control panel.
Double click network.

The middle drop down menu... for Primary Network logon... choose Windows Logon.

Click ok.
Do not reboot when prompted.

In the control panel double click on Passwords.
Go to the Passwords tab.
Click on the Change Windows Password button.

Click Ok to create a Null(blank) password.

Reboot.

You should not get a windows or network logon box.
