Comment:

I have just finished cleaning up a system for my friend, but the one thing I can't remember how to do on Win ME or Win 98 is how to shut off the Windows login screen.

I did go into the network neighborhood and I selected "Client for Microsoft Network" and I also selected "Windows Logon". Neither selection stopped the windows log in screen.

Please give me the necessary instructions to stop the windows logon screen for Windows ME/Windows 98

Thanks so much.

Go to the "How To" Section of this very website, and the instructions are there.
