windows installation frozen on last

am re-installing me from boot disk am stck on the last step of the installation 16 mins to go but it keeps freezing at that point even when re-booted how do I get out of that one?? sucessfully felix

Dear felixtc, I think it was a memory compatibility issue. Try to change the memory, means try some other RAM card or upgrade RAM. This is only a possibility, and not the final suggestion. Thank you sree
