When I right click on My Computer and left click Explore I get an "unknown error" message. My "System Restore" is turned off as I have "Go Back". The problem is that I don't use Explore every day and by the time I discovered the problem I couldn't go back far enough to eliminate it. I heard somewhere that I could rename the explore program and extract and install a new copy of it but I don't want to do it until I'm pretty sure that I won't mess it up any further. MY computer is a Gateway Select 1200 with an AMD Athlon 1200 MHz processor and I have 256MB of ram. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
