Does anyone know how I can change the settings of Windows Explorer, so that when I open it, "My Documents" is not expanded in the folders bar, but instead "My Computer" is expanded, so that I can access all my drives with one click. I know it's not a really big problem, but it really ticks me off.

That's one of Win ME oddities:
right click on the desktop.
Go to NEW > SHORTCUT
Type:
c:\windows\explorer.exe /e, c:

Give the shortcut a name.

Finsh wizard.

Double click on the shortcut you just created. Will open to your c: drive.

To open to the Windows folder, type:

c:\windows\explorer.exe /e, c:\windows
