My windows explorer won't show me the folders view. It is just a solid box with an x to close it. I have tried to fix it by going to view options. It didn't work. I have attempted to call tech support, but they are bad bad people. I DO NOT want to restore and I think it may be a registry problem-PLEASE HELP ME
