basically when i turn the pc on it seems to boot fine. however when my desktop/background picture appears there are no icons or a start menu! if i press control+alt+delete thyen it shows that no programs are running, not even explorer.
however at this point if i go downstairs i can acess all of the files on my other PC which is networked to it.
