hello goto start,settings,printers and make sure you have the proper make and model of printer showen in there. you might try going to printer makers web page and get m.e compatable driver for the printer.

The minor issues or configurable help type issues are found here-> C:\Windows\Help double click My Computer-Windows-Help-and open any desired ? mark looking type or purple book with a ? mark type documents you desire. Just double click and they open without you assigning a type of opening device.
