Window ME Master Disk

Hi

I know very little about computers, but i know that my one is not working. The problem is i have been advised to load the windows ME master disk by the experts and the computer. But since i moved house i lost this disk the company i bought the computer form says it has now been discontinued and they have no copies. Does anyone know where i can get this disk or download. Please help

Have you already did a complete format or anything?

I would try to get another boot floppy.Sometimes You can download one off the Packard Bell site.

You may not need the disks. You may only need them if your HDD needs replacing. Sometimes the OS is pre-installed on a hidden partion.

You may be able to use this site to make a recovery boot cd.

I belive Me installs all the setup files in C:\WINDOWS\Options\ . Just look for the setup file there, and you should be good to go.
