Window installer error on start up

I installed a program and I am sure it loaded. But what is happening is that the window install comes on evertime I get on the computer.. I know it is in the reg. I just remeber were to look.. I someone might give me a hint again I would be grateful...

hello to get to the registery click on start,run,type in regedit,click ok. befor deleteing or modifieing the registery make registery back ups have a nice day
