I have a virus/worm WIN32.SillyDl and SillyDl.JT or QT I need help in removing them. Also, it seems like my Explorer won't download all the way, like not all components are there to run it. HELP!!!!

Until you get rid of the virus and other problems, you cannot expect explorer to function normally. Have someone download AdAware, Spybot and AVG (google for them, they are free!), burn to CD and install and run on your computer in safe mode. You may have to reinstall IE after this as well.
If all else fails, format the drive, reinstall Windows and practice "safe surfing" next time.
