Have you tried starting in safe mode? If it starts in safe mode then it's gotta be a driver or program on startup that's causing the problem...if it doesnt start in safe mode then it's buggered! =)

ya iv tried safe mode too the same thing iv even treid selective start up nothing it all started after i got the win me updates

Use a boot disk and run scanreg\restore. Restore the registry from a date your pc loaded.
