Nope. You best bet is to find someone who has windows 95 or 98 and borrow the disk to get it installed. If you have the "step up" version of the upgrade (blue box) that was available for a limited time to owners of windows 98se you will need a windows 98se disk. If you have the Regular Upgrade (white box) a windows 95 disk will work.
